Job overview: We are seeking a technically capable and detail-oriented IT Support (Tech Support) professional to work remotely, with a preference for candidates based in Hanoi. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our customer support team to troubleshoot technical issues on client websites and assist with resolving technical inquiries. This position is ideal for individuals with a foundation in web development who enjoy flexible remote work.

Working Hours: 18:00 PM – 2:00 AM (next day, Vietnam time).

Responsibilities

• Work with the customer support team to investigate and resolve technical issues on client websites.
• Analyze problem reports, identify root causes, and implement timely and effective solutions.
• Assist the customer support team in answering technical questions from clients.
• Document common issues and solutions to contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
• Ensure high availability and responsiveness during assigned working hours.

Requirements

• Proficiency in basic web development: HTML, CSS.
• Experience with Liquid (Shopify’s templating language) is a big plus.
• Prior experience working with Shopify is strongly preferred.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
• Reside in Vietnam — preferably in Hanoi for easier coordination, though remote candidates from other locations will still be considered.
